Personal Articles Floater
We can handle this business either as part of a Homeowners Policy or as standalone coverage. For standalone, please send a completed, signed and dated Lloyd's Proposal Form together with a schedule, or email the answers to the key proposal questions. This is normally sufficient for underwriters to provide terms.
In the event of a firm order, the original, fully completed Lloyd's Proposal Form (dated and signed by the insured) will be required, together with a complete schedule and up-to-date appraisals. Underwriters will normally allow a temporary period of cover in which to obtain these documents.
Fine Arts: Private Collections
Lloyd's is an excellent market for fine art and our response time is typically 24 hours.
We suggest submitting the initial enquiry by email. We will advise which Proposal Form is required and the relevant wording when indicating terms. Coverage is usually restricted to named location(s), but if a more flexible approach is needed, please outline your requirements and we will endeavour to obtain terms. Specific transits can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
